Construction still continues, but the clean-up process in well underway in anticipation of the Hurricanes home opener October 8th against Prince George. The ice is now in and they're just waiting for all the paint and logos to go on, rink boards to be put up, and signage around the building. We had a chance to test out all our broadcast equipment as we make our final adjustments for the start of the WHL for the Canes' on Friday night in Calgary.
With that, I received an opening night roster from Canes' Media Director Ryan Ohashi. It's the same roster I listed on the blog the other day, but this one includes players' numbers. The returning players are all wearing the numbers they wore last year, but here are the numbers the newcomers will be sporting:
Dylan Tait #31
Brandyn Hulit #3
Alex Kuvaev #18
Russ Maxwell #7
Michael Sofillas #11
Brady Ramsey #12

Yes. Monday's show was amazing, with great insight, especially from that handsome Paul Kingsmith and his friend, the equally handsome Dylan Purcell. Pat's great, but that Fred Jack is a troublemaker.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the app, CJOC!
