Lethbridge Hurricanes Business Manager Jim Bradley along with United Way Executive Director Michelle Gallucci were proud to announce today that the Canes will once again be in partnership with the United Way of Lethbridge & South Western Alberta for the 2011-12 Season of Hurricanes Hockey.

“As a hockey club we’ve always had a strong relationship with the Lethbridge United Way and with this being the 25th season in Lethbridge we are excited to be able to enhance it” said Bradley “They are a great organization with a lot of support from some great volunteers and we’re very proud of this partnership”

“As a community owned team the Hurricanes vision aligns so well with the values of our organization that we find this to be a great fit”
said Gallucci “They’re dedication to leadership, collective action and involvement in the Lethbridge community are all values we share – we are very excited for what should be a great season for both of our organizations”

Highlights of the 2011-12 program include the United Way Jersey raffle which will return to Hurricanes’ game nights, sales of the Hurricanes’ game night programs and a United Way game night.
