The Western Hockey League has come down with a number of suspensions resulting from Wednesday's rough final minute between the Canes' and Medicine Hat Tigers.
Hurricanes Head Coach Michael Dyck has been handed a 5 game suspension, Canes' forward Dwight King gets 5 games as well, and forward Craig Orfino 3 games. Tigers defenceman Matt McCue was given a 2 game suspension.
The Hurricanes will not be commenting on the incident itself any furthur. They say the incident has been reviewed and judged by the league and they accept the WHL's ruling.
So the color guy became a little exuberant is it professional? I guess that is for someone else to decide.

I'll tell you what if I am a fan of this team I love to see it (he care about the team and the kids is that a bad thing). That right everyone has to be PC now all the time to much money in the sport now that has to be protected.
Take him off the air is wrong, they would be better served leaving him and the air and just having him explain his action. (Wow novel concept)
If their not paying him since he is suspended please let me know I'll kick in some money.
