  1. Congrats to Wong. Very well deserved. Interesting that two players that had such great seasons with the Canes were both chosen in the 5th round of the WHL draft. Tyler Wong and Zach Boychuk. Jamal Watson was also a 5th round pick. The Canes seem to get more from 5th round picks then they do from high 1st round picks. Maybe we should trade this years possible first overall pick for like ten 5th round picks....lol.

  2. Thank you for your efforts, sacrifice, dedication, perseverance, and for another great year of entertainment , Tyler! You now have more hardware than Canadian Tire.

The smallest (& smartest) player on our hockey team consistently works the hardest, throws (and takes) the most hits, and not coincidentally, also scored the most points, is the fan's favourite, and the team's MVP.

Tyler is likely going to work harder than he ever has before in the off season because he knows that despite all that he accomplished, the team won only 20 hockey games.

Thanks for showing us what "All-in" means, Tyler!

  3. Congrats to Tyler!! Couldn't be more deserving! Huge intensity and effort every single game with a +/- that says it all. Such a fun player to watch and cheer for, and such a stand-up guy on and off the ice. I look forward to watching him lead the team next year, hopefully to a playoff spot!

Now what to do with spare time during the off season..!
