Hurricanes Hire More Sales Staff

The Lethbridge Hurricanes announced the addition of two new members to their sales staff. OJ Pries and Dylan Thornborough join the Hurricanes in the role as Ticket Account Managers.

OJ Pries is no stranger to Southern Alberta or the Lethbridge Hurricanes as the native of Coaldale worked for the hockey club from 2009 to 2011 as a Ticket Account Executive. Most recently, Pries was with the Calgary Flames affiliate, the Abbotsford Heat as an Account Manager. Thornborough has experience both in sales and marketing and both men will be a valuable addition to the organization. Thornborough’s first day is today, June 16th, while Pries is expected to join the Hurricanes in his new role on June 30th.

Both Pries and Thornborough can provide you with all information in relation to any and all of your ticketing needs, whether its season tickets, flex packs, group tickets or voucher packs.

REMINDER:

The Hurricanes would like to remind all season ticket holders, the deadline to renew your tickets at the Loyalty Pricing rate is June 21st. Call the Hurricanes office at (403) 328-1986 or your tickets can also be renewed at the ENMAX Centre by calling (403) 329-7328.

  1. Well, good luck with that, the league commissioner said that this franchise will not realize success until the management and leadership gets better and until that happens and the on ice product can at least compete, Santa would have a hard time giving away tickets, people are just done spending their money to watch this team get blown out every night. 2. Justin - Anholt and Allen (2nd and 3rd 2013 picks) are not even signed yet let alone any from this year's draft, while most other teams have the majority of their prospects signed? Our 2013 prospects should already be signed and getting ready to compete for roster spots this fall don't you think? For some reason the very future of this team remain unsigned, can you explain that???

That does not give us cause to beat our bodies ,wear sackcloth, and pour ashes on our heads that far in advance of what might or might not happen . Cheer up, let some sunshine into your day ,life could be worse .

    2. It's not about our lives Justin, it's about our hockey franchise. My life is good. Our hockey franchise is not!

  3. My opinion on hiring more sales staff is that they aren't going to need them. Nobody is flocking to the Enmax to get the early bird price on season's tix and I suspect this trend to continue throughout the summer. Should've saved themselves some money (which they desperately need).
